Live from the Two Plus Two Studios, October 9th 2012 - Norman Chad, Russell Thomas & Jason Somerville - The feature guest this week on the Two Plus Two PokerCast is ESPN sports writer and commentator Norman Chad. Norman makes his long overdue return to the PokerCast to talk about this years World Series of Poker Main Event coverage, his final table run in the $2,500 1/2 Omaha 8 1/2 Stud 8 event and play some college nickname trivia. Also featured on the program is October Nine member Russell Thomas and his Final Table coach Jason Somerville. The pair of poker pros discuss their collaboration in preparation for the Main Event final table and preview a web series based on the duo leading up the October 28th showdown called 'The Final Table'. In forum static Mike and Adam cover Phil Ivey's massive $11.5 million win at a London gambling club and their refusal to pay, Phil Hellmuth's record setting WSOP Europe Main Event victory and of course give away the password for the October 14th Poker Stars VIP Club Invitational for PokerCast listeners.

When you said the Isle of Man certification was pretty much a rubber stamp, I imagined some guy at the FTP office two months into a string of 18 hour days, listening to the podcast as he worked to debug some accountancy routine deep in the core of the server, banging his head into the mesh of the rack unit cursing his anonymity.
