I think Adam's comment was saying the exact same thing as yours, and I don't think there's any disagreement between you and him. He mentioned red pros (such as Matt Hawrilenko, who he mentioned several times by name) should not be given heat because they weren't involved in the company. Obviously Matt Hawrilenko does not have partial ownership of the company, so why blame him? People who do own the company are the ones we should direct the blame at; exactly what you said.
I don't think there's any disagreement between you and Adam. Either that, or I've completely misinterpreted what Adam said (which is certainly possible, so I'll wait for him to come in and clarify himself).
