Because "our" yanks gave us promises that we would not be a leveraged buyout and 0 debt would be put onto LFC. They were dishonest from the start. We also had a promise of "a spade in the ground in 60 days" with regards to a new stadium. What looked very promising was indeed too good to be true.
Hopefully NESV know what they are doing, and will treat the club with a bit of respect.
United "fans" started protesting when the Glazers took over whenever, before H&G, but they are still there. The "whiny" Liverpool fans played a huge part in the ousting of the pair of snakes. Us "internet terrorists." I would rather be a whiny group of fans who get things done than a Prawn Sandwich brigade who protest by wearing Norwich City scarves. I also think United "fans" have given up now, no?
Also, the reason any Liverpool fan will react to the "hooligans" insults/comments is that it is a stick that has been used to unfairly beat Liverpool on too many occasions.
I am proud to be touchy and whiny.
