Does Adam's "straddle the line" comment count as a Freudian slip?

If so I need to take a drink

wait... two drinks.

Listened to the Mori interview and when asked why the format change, all I heard was he is aware that the show was better with the other format, but the execs at GSN made him change things. Good to know that the cream of the crop TV execs responsible for a network that mainly plays reruns of old shows think they can make a better choice than a seasoned poker producer. What's next?? Alfonso Ribeiro replacing Dwan with his "Catch 21" patches on display.

When and for how long is Sklansky on?

Just so I know how long to skip, his Sklanksy minutes are bad enough,I don't want to even imagine listening to him for any longer than that tbh

Sklansky was awesome, and he's also back for part 2 next week.

LOL, I thought the same thing. My wife stopped making dinner and came into my office because she thought I was choking after MJ's "overlay" slip up.

Kara Scott fought as a Muay Thai Kickboxer... Now that's Sexy

If you get Kara in studio for an interview I'm suggesting you Ustream/webcast that interview. She's very pleasing to the eyes.

You do know he's not admitted to being Isildur1 right? Not much point him coming on if either a) it's not him or b) he's not going to talk about it

Adam: thinking....thinking....thinking...."39?"

i was disappointed to hear you both say multiple times that you felt sorry for PH on HSP. maybe you forgot this is the guy who has not only berated, insulted, cussed out, and gone out of his way to embarrass other players but also made a spectacle of the game with his ridiculous entrances. not to mention the fact that he's a shill for the scummiest poker site on the internet and still hasn't explained how a losing pot got shipped to him. how could you possibly feel sorry for him? he brings everything on himself and actually deserves more of the comments from the other pros when he plays like a ****** while continuing to insist he's one of the best if not the best poker player in the world.

lol at the "she's beautiful as everyone can agree" running joke

Alright, so I just recently got a zune and even more recently discovered podcasts.

This show was the first 2+2 pokercast I've listened to and I must say it was highly entertaining. Great show guys, look forward to the next one.

I guess I just file it under the 'two wrongs don't make a right' column.
I agree with everything you say about Phil above but also one of the cardinal rules in poker is 'if someone thinks they are better than they really are, let them keep on believing it'. Fishtank, tapping...yada yada...

Anyway, I got over the feeling of pity pretty fast when he went on about how Phil Ivey always gets lucky against him.

There should be some rule against letting Mike tell a story with both Phil Ivey and Phil Helmuth in it......I get very confused which one he's talking about..........

otherwise, great show!

good thing Laak, Gordon and Galfond werent' also at the table. This is such an obvious lineup for Poker After Dark I can't believe they haven't had an all-Phil week yet.
