Great overview of the Ferguson "apology" video. You guys touched on one thing I had forgotten about, namely his holding up the Tapie deal. And sure, we NOW know that the Tapie deal could have been disastrous, but at the time, it was a glimmer of hope that the company would be saved.

The funniest part of the Ferguson video was his mentioning his "fans." While it's altogether possible that he did have actual fans, anyone who would still consider themselves as such were not likely those who had sizable sums of money tied up in FTP. They were –*as you guys mentioned – casual poker fans who watched a lot of boom-era poker TV. So apologizing to his "fans" is pointless. They are not the ones who were wronged.
