Congratulations Adam. I listen to every show, and when you talked about relapsing and eating nachos at that party with your friends, I did not think you would make it. But you persevered and that is extremely impressive. It's a very motivating story. Great job.

Adam, congrats and continued success on the weight loss prop bet. I actually didn't think you would make it when you plateaued in the low 160's. Well done.
