To begin we threw a surprise 50th birthday party for Adam and memorialize a great Canadian. In the news: New Jersey, Nevada and Delaware are constructing a deal to share player liquidity for their legal online poker sites, but is it too little too late? WSOP Europe kicks off this week in Rozvadov and there is already controversy brewing. The series is hosted at Kings Casino, the owner of which we have previously talked about on this show for not paying his gambling debts plus Chris Ferguson has a real possibility of winning the POY after returning from the shadows of the Full Tilt scandal. We have some tweets in 140 or less including a retirement from one of online pokers great players and some of your Mailbag as well. Mail topics include some “shady" skype chat by players heads up in a WCOOP, a live LHE hand and what jobs fit for a poker pro? It added like 8 episodes to my feed today.

Can we get a link to the Hellmuth v Haralabob "grid" hand? If not a link, which episode?

Also actual episode failed to properly download again. This problem was fixed for a while but apparently back again

It downloads for me on: iTunes Mac OSX, iTunes Windows 10, and Stitcher. Where are you seeing a failed download?

The episode downloaded fine for me on my ipod touch. IOS 10.3.3

Outside of the extra 7 episodes (going back to the Elton Tsang one)

iTunes (or at least Apple Podcast app). I'm likely a version behind and I'll work on that but this was never my issue all the other times Ii had this problem and I don't have the issue with other podcasts. I really thought you guys finally figured it out a few months ago. Ross seemed to say so the last time you had and resolved the multiple episodes downloading problem.

We thought we had. I cannot duplicate the problem but I will keep looking for possible reasons. (I noticed the eight episode issue last night and wondered what that was about myself...so I guess I am not surprised that someone experienced a problem as a result.)

I just tried the pokercast app on my iPhone and that worked perfectly as well. I have made one (minor) change in the feed. See if this changes anything for you.

I did have to stop a bunch more downloads (back to about 435) but I think this happened with the last fix too.

I play better at live poker than online in general

I find it way too easy to get distracted at home, either by others or myself. I actually ran pretty deep in a hot $3.30 earlier this year and when it got to the final table I had to take myself away to a room without other people and pause the movie I was watching.

At the casino I am there to play poker. I'll bring an iPad but will only use it on break. Not because I made a rule for myself, but because that's just what happens.

Also it's such a shame about John Dunsworth. He died on the same day as Sean Hughes (Irish comic who actually was an alcoholic)

oh and you may wonder why I watch The Trailer Park Boys even though it's not broadcast in my country.

Data point on the download issue: I listen to PokerCast via the Overcast app/website. Ever since there were issue and you've tried to fix it, all podcasts episodes up exactly twice in my feed.

I ended with all episodes going back to Oct 16 reappearing. 30 or so. Fortunately I caught it before they all started downloading!

They're trying to up the counts.

Not able to download this issue of the Pokercast...again.

The $8-$16 FLHE game is played with green $2 chips at Commerce, The Bike, Hawaiian Gardens, Hustler, etc., not yellow $5 chips and blue $1 chips. [Remember, SoCal (possibly all of California) uses funny-colored chips.] It is played with a 1/2 kill at all those places.

The $9-$18 FLHE (RIP) at Commerce was played with a brick red $3 chip. A few times we got everyone to agree to put a full kill on and the game was FANTASTIC.
