2 pounds a week for 40 weeks can be done. He can probably lose a lot more the first few weeks. Is that optimal? It depends on him and how much low-hanging fruit.
Adam if you're the rational guy you put out on the podcast (say the careful explanation of maximum gas usage), you're already working on this.
It is OK and human if you aren't, but it means that Bill basically owned you. You have to admire that he got you to explain that poker players aren't allowed to make BS statements without getting prop bet, and then making you miserable with a prop bet of your own loose words.
