I can't make the draft, but I'm happy to be the 8th if you still need one more and are ok w/ an auto-drafter. Haven't done espn before, is there a league name I search for to join?

tireuw is invited, so we have a full 8 team league once he accepts, so the draft will go off fine.

I want to finalize that tonight, and when I get home from work I will update the list on who has paid and hopefully finalize the rules.

Also, the draft is tentatively set for 9:30pm EST on Wed, but that can be changed (not Thurs evening, only time I can't make it). If we can finalize the settings and draft time today, that would be AMAZING and greatly reduce the amount of scrambling or hurt feelings.

A few of us remember what happened with the football league last minute last year.

I would prefer season long roto 6x6 to H2H. Whether it locks weekly or not I don't care.

I can make Wednesday night at 9:30, or any night this week. Is Remko trying to join as well, just wondering if we could try for 10 but that is probably too ambitious.

If we do season long, even/odd count of entrants doesn't matter. I did send Remko the link, he hasn't contacted me other than liking my tweet.

My spreadsheet order is the same as the team order in the ESPN league for me.

I'm voting against it since I haven't played season long ROTO before, and I don't do mock drafts, so I will be slow.

Currently 2-1 in favor of 30 second time limit.

Also, everyone had paid, so we are set to draft tonight at 9:30 PM EST. This is so much easier when we are all squared away 10 hours before draft.

Is draft order on ESPN auto randomized when the draft opens?

Yes, it is randomized an hour prior to the draft starting. So at 8:30pm EST you should be able to see the draft order (and I think get into the draft room).

payouts fine. it's been awhile since i've drafted baseball, but i'm fine with a 30-sec limit if that's what it takes to get through the draft more quickly. thanks for setting this all up, pope.

Sounds like you should up the variance with less time
