1). Nominate up to 5 moments by embedding the video clip in thread
2). If someone else already nominated what you were going to then please 2nd it.
3). I tally up the nominations and that gets our brackets and seeds
4). Voting threads will be thrown up and as a community we vote our way to a winner
NOTE: This was done in the Pokercast Forum 2 years ago, but please resist the urge to look up the results. I will do some then and now contrast stats once we've crowned a winner. At the moment I do not remember the results from 2015, I only know that's when it took place.
When I heard you guys talking about this, one of my favorite moments was the Phil Gordon/Howard Lederer/Robert Williamson III "back up the truck" thing. Unfortunately, I still can't find a video of it. So consider it the Louisville Cardinals of this tournament.
PokerGO (PokerCentral) seems to have purchased the rights to all the old Poker After Dark episodes. Unfortunately it is a paid subscription service. I am a subscriber and just re-watched it and it is indeed simultaneously both cringeworthy and funny.
I don't want to violate any terms and conditions (of either PokerGO or 2+2), so I won't try to post a link to the video here. If anyone is interested, it is Poker After Dark Season 3, Week 10, Episode 56. The "back up the truck" shenanigans runs throughout most of the second half of the episode.

Ah, good tip! I might have to renew my PokerGo subscription. This week's PAD lineup looks great plus I actually do want to watch some of those old shows again.
There is another TV poker moment I'll never be able to share, but it was a funny one that I'll attempt to recall here. On the short-lived Playboy TV poker show "Sam's Game," Norm MacDonald got into a hand with Artie Lang. Either stoned or inebriated, Lang looked at his cards, absent-mindedly said them out loud ("six-four, different suits"), then raised.
Of course, MacDonald, not realizing it was completely unintentional, didn't think Lang would actually reveal his cards. So when the board came out X-6-4-X-6, MacDonald called all the way down with something fairly weak. Of course, Lang had exactly what he said, and thus tabled the boat. Someone else at the table (I think it was Sam Simon) also admitted his surprise. "Wow, he really DID have six-four, different suits!"
Anyway, might have been one of the better moments when a player inadvertently leveled a player that badly.
And until I can think of some really good ones, I must submit this one just to get it into the mix:
If nothing else, it spares renodoc the embarrassment of nominating himself.
Billy Gazes being smacked in the face with a football on 'The Nuts' was pretty awesome, as was Hellmuth managing to find the only lamppost in a massive parking lot to crash into.
