sorry that i'm a little late to chime in, but i also agree to a FAAB, and no divisions. (i would also prefer an auction draft to a snakedraft, but hey, i guess i can't have everything...)

I will be updating the rules this evening and posting a payment update as well.

We will have FAAB and no divisions and all the scoring/positions the same as last year.

Seems like we should lock it at 12

Yeah, I had one guy message me to be #13, but if no one else showed interest at this point, locking it at 12 will keep from any last minute scrambling like last year's disaster.

I'm updating the rules as we speak/read.

I had to activate the league from last year to look at the scoring. Ignore it, we aren't playing there.

All league rules updated.

Please look over them and let me know if something is funny.

In the past with 14 teams we did 13 weeks and then 14/15 and 16/17 for playoffs.

With only 12 teams, we are doing 12 weeks and 13/14 and 15/16 for playoffs. So one matchup is happening twice.

I've been drinking tonight, so make sure I didn't do something stupid and set passing TDs at like 500 points each or something.

FWIW, I prefer auction drafting but I too can't have everything.

Yeah, about auction:

1) I've never done it
2) It takes about twice as long?

I vote snake draft. I'm in another league where we auction and it takes forever.

Done! Ok one more - full point PPR seems to make WRs score higher than RBs. I do half point PPR in other leagues which makes WRs and RBs pretty balanced. Thoughts?

Yeah, I'll probably invite you and the other guy tonight after work to get us back to 14. I just don't want to have the draft stall because of that.

If one of you joins and the other doesn't 90 minutes before the draft, I'll be cutting the league back to 12 just to be safe.
