So sick cause Shaundeeb, Mercier, Seiver, dan kelly, etc all just turned 26 and its under 26...

feel like that category is going to have lots of disputes. its nearly impossible to find everyones age

best source for age is google as you'll get some interview from some magazine at some point.

Commissioner AW,

If a competitor submits an entry with a pick that doesn't meet the requirements of the category are you...

1) Replying and giving them a chance to change it
2) they are out of luck and have to take a 0 points for that players
3) something else?

What happens if someone notices after all picks are published that an invalid player has been selected. Will that player still be given a chance to change it or at that point is it too late?

i have a question for mod/admin

If I wanted to make another wsop fantasy with a diff format (probably too late for wsop as whole but can do one for big buyins or just the main) ... and maybe with a higher entry ... would I be allowed to make a thread on that or is that not allowed?

i think they shld be allowed to change the pick as long as its before the start of the first event.

I will be doing my best to go over all entries and ensure that they meet the requirements for the category they have been submitted under.

If I see that someone made a mistake, I PM them and allow them to change it (same as last year) but the onus is on the entrant to ensure that their ballot is correct and I am under no obligation to ensure a correct ballot.

Realistically, if you get me a ballot by this time (5:30 EST) on Tuesday, it'll be combed over and you'll have most of Wednesday to resubmit. Anyone who submits on Wednesday is taking a risk.

Last year there were also a couple of mistakes that did not get noticed until lists were posted for public view. In this case, we shuffled existing players around to make it work if possible. If not, they received zero points for the player that was entered in error. Nobody can submit new players once registration is closed.

It definitely wouldn't stay up in NVG. Ours was only posted there temporarily for awareness because it is basically replacing the old Kevmath one from previous years.

I'd be surprised if you would be allowed to run one in any forum. If you are a regular poster in a certain forum and are close with the mods there, you might ask them. We will not run more than one league in our forum, too complicated.

Sorry for the obvious question, but teams should have 12 players, correct? In other words, players are not put into every category they fit. Joseph Cheong would could go into either Americas or Former November Niner, but isn't counted for both.
Thanks.

Please note:

There are a few people that have entered info in the sheet, and a few that have paid, but haven't provided their details.

Payments have a bit of leeway, but make sure your picks are into AW.

- Non-payers that have submitted picks will get one more additional nag.
- People that paid but for whom we didn't get their picks will get refunded.

Paging:

J. Silverman

Johnny Hughes will take the rap if I ever go rogue. People always confuse us, and I get told off for spamming poker stories.

That's right, 12 players per team. A player assigned to just one category.
