What happens if someone notices after all picks are published that an invalid player has been selected. Will that player still be given a chance to change it or at that point is it too late?
I will be doing my best to go over all entries and ensure that they meet the requirements for the category they have been submitted under.
If I see that someone made a mistake, I PM them and allow them to change it (same as last year) but the onus is on the entrant to ensure that their ballot is correct and I am under no obligation to ensure a correct ballot.
Realistically, if you get me a ballot by this time (5:30 EST) on Tuesday, it'll be combed over and you'll have most of Wednesday to resubmit. Anyone who submits on Wednesday is taking a risk.
Last year there were also a couple of mistakes that did not get noticed until lists were posted for public view. In this case, we shuffled existing players around to make it work if possible. If not, they received zero points for the player that was entered in error. Nobody can submit new players once registration is closed.
