Also, not that this is likely and not to be pedantic but I assume that players from the other bicontinental Eurasian countries (Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan) are also ROW/Europe?

If you want to pick someone from Turkey, you can put them in any category you wish.
how do you count the points for each player\team? what's the format?
