One of the reasons why your score is so low is that you misspelt "Daniel Stelitz". Corrected results will show up with the next posting.
Everyone should be checking the spelling of any player you have that has 0 points.

Ah yes, I see your problem. You misspelt "John Hennigan" - you spelt his name "Joao Simao". I'll check with the computer to see if it will allow that correction.

Interesting to see how far apart the GPI and 25k fantasy scoring systems are. Robert Mizrachi is #2 on GPI and #28 on the 25k list.

Also he's #2 out of everyone on GPI and #28 out of those drafted on 25k fantasy. He'd be ~#100,000 if everyone was included.

Since we're getting near the end, here's my idea for next year:
Stop relying on others for their calculations which we cannot duplicate because they keep them a secret.
Go with $ cashed only.
If you'll notice, WSOP includes hometown for every player.
Everyone's picks will be 3 players, 3 cities, 3 states and 3 countries.
The kicker: you cannot pick the same player more than once! So,
if you pick Daniel Negreanu you cannot pick Canada as a country
if you pick Jason Mercier you cannot pick Florida as a state
if you pick Philadelphia as a city you cannot pick John Hennigan etc etc
We'll move all "name" players back to their hometown.
We'll set a cap of $1M on any one cash.
We'll supply a complete list of players with their home city/state/country beforehand.
We'll set up a "quick pick" option for those who are too lazy to do the work.

Good system because:
We don't rely on anyone else's calculating system,
Everyone likes cheering for their home city and state/country.
It's not so dependent on what kind of schedule an individual player will play.
There's some strategy here for people who like a puzzle.
More players to rail: you should have at least one player at every final table.

To be honest I'm not that keen on the 'hometown' angle. But maybe just because I'm not from US, so don't know (or particularly care about) which states players come from.

And the same would likely be true of people from the U.S. (not caring about what country players are from). So, you would not feel inclined to select London as one of your cities or the United Kingdom as one of your countries?

I guess I keep picking Stevie, though judging from his schedule this year I think it might be the last. But his home seems pretty ambiguous/hybrid to me anyway. I actually live in Manchester now but haven't bothered to update. Anyway, the answer is still 'not really', but maybe it will appeal to others...?
