Take a look at the teams and check that all your info is correct in there. Some of you made changes and I tried my best to implement them as soon as I received them. It is easily possible that I made a mistake somewhere though, LMK about it.

I did consider putting in Ivey or Cal at 75, but I don't think either is going to play that much, and that there are other better picks.

Subscribing. Also stoked that someone other than myself drafted me!

So I wake up to 3 mistakes I made:

1). I overlooked a submission made by DayTripper 2 days ago
2). I overlooked a last minute PM by hykref33 fixing the error in his team.
3). I overlooked a team change made by AllinNTheDark on 25th May (Raymer out, Ivey in)

All of these things will be corrected and I'll edit the OP to show the new projected prizepool and drafted frequencies

Any more errors I made then please let me know either in thread or by PM

I must say I like my chances in this field.
I like Rabble en AllinNtheDark's teams as well. Others have quite some players who will not be playing or very likely will not be playin that many events.

Does everyone know something about Obst that I don’t?

If anyone else went down the 400+ route then they picked Negreanu or Mike Leah

Not really; had him last year but too expensive this time around at 431, esp. when player values this time allow for the likes of Chidwick, Bonomo etc at ~150. Judging by twitter, seems like Obst will be in Vegas (for tennis at least!) but not sure of exact schedule.

Anyone know what Chris Vitch's schedule is like this time? (he's not on twitter, it seems)?

For me Obst was a cost thing... I guess he will be playing events like he does every year. He sure will not only be present in Vegas for tennis

Vitch I don't know either. Not on twitter indeed. Tried hard to get info on the guy, but no succes....

About the people in my team I do know that they will be playing full schedule (regarding their tweets and replies)

Not surprised about Chidwick/Bonomo. It was a tough call to jettison them and instead keep my top 4 intact along with a bargain basement player. Still wonder if I made the right choice. Interesting that Rabble has my top 4 and rja 3/4.

Picked Ivey once I heard him say he was playing WSOP, partly as a defensive pick, but also he seems very determined. Considered Eli, originally had Seidel, then Raymer... but went with Ivey and a sleeper (Prociak) as budget picks.

I was pleasantly surprised at how few people have taken Adam Owen. I think he's got a really good shout for POY this year.

I think you have done a good job by jettison them. Chidwick and Bonomo are for sure canonballs which are always good picks in these kind of fantasy teams, but they are also the real high stakes players.
And Bonomo have said on twitter that he prioritizing the Aria High Rollers over the WSOP events. So IF he plays it's a good pick, but I would always go for the picks of which I am certain about that they will play full schedules.
That's also the reason I haven't put Ivey in my team. I had him in for quite some time, but it's very unsure how much he will actually play. He have said that he wíll play, but have nothing mentioned about what kind of schedule.

But yeah....after all it's just gambling

I have nothing but respect for Adam as a player, but I had him last year for substantially less "salary" and felt there was better value this year.

He was cheaper last year because he'd only really properly played 2 summers and the prices are based on 3 years results (IIRC)

We'll see at the end of the series...

It wouldn't surprise me at all if he made a run at POY... but I think he's close to full EV now, not a bargain.

I knew about him from COOPs and was at his table late in day 2 of WSOP event in 2016.

It came down to: Would I rather have him and another $75 player (already have two) that might not play... or one of my top 4 and a player like Chidwick, Bonomo, Ari Engel, or Robert Mizrachi? Seemed like a pretty easy choice to me, but that's nothing against Adam! I couldn't keep players like ODB or ETay from last year either, that's just how it goes.
