AFAIK that is not true. It's not illegal for somebody to gamble online, but it's illegal to offer online gambling.

I grow weary of this thread, it probably should've been moved to Internet Poker ages ago, so instead I'll offer up a NSFW halloween themed thread saver:

Why us?

Your questions were directed at Pokerstars, knowing full well they wouldn't be addressed because they were:

1. Obvious (1, 3, 5, 6)
2. Private information (2, 9)
3. Directed at Pokerstars but actually more an accusation (4, 10)
4. Unanswerable at this point in time (7, 8)

I learned long ago that discussing RNG with people that think online is rigged is pretty much a waste of time, thus I'm not much interested in the thread.

BTW, nice victim card play with the "i know it will be deleted soon" angle. I wasn't going to close/move it but that comment will likely make me do just that at some point.

For now, Johnny saved the thread obviously!

Discussion of RNG doesn't interest me either. If you don't trust them. don't play there is my mantra. More pics of Naughty Nurses, French Maids, and Officer Frisky IMO.

Man, you would think one of those huge independent auditing companies would jump on this! All of that $0 you want pokerstars to pay them, how could they resist?

ffs. Sports betting is legal in Australia. Online/mobile sports betting has been blessed, and has been advertised on free to air tv for some time now.

I think the OP is a fool but tbh there is alot more to this independant auditing than people give it credit for.

I actually beleive that if stars paid the X hundred thousand or million whatever for a thorough and comprehensive audit from an independent 3rd party that would make the site so so so much more appealing to new players.

imo sack daniel negraunu and spend his redic high salary on an audit.....profit???? (more)

"OK. This now officialy turned into a "Poker Pokerstars is rigged" debate.

Man, I wasted my time.

/Lock thread"

"I grow weary of this thread, it probably should've been moved to Internet Poker ages ago"

"BTW, nice victim card play with the "i know it will be deleted soon" angle. I wasn't going to close/move it but that comment will likely make me do just that at some point."

"Nice strategy. You take 1 question. Ask me to provide data. Turn it into disccusion and ask to lock thread. I dont even care. When i write something i can back it up. And BTW, nise solution to hide all thread you dont like. Do it. I mean maybe its common in China or North Korea. "

Re: 10 short questions for Poker Stars

Mike and Adam, dont be angry on me. I realy like your show and i know its main sponsor is Pokerstars. Like in case of Cigital. We have old saying I try to translate "Man who pays money orders what music to play". I dont have illussions about this. And i deffinetly think your audience is competent enougth to be awere of those issues. Like i posted before, those questions are more important to mainstream media and politicians making important decisions. 2+2 is great place becouse I can come and simply post my point of view to get reaction. Even in form of closing this thread.

Okay, I actually made no conclusions whatsoever, making it quite unlikely that I put out anything false.

So I will make a conclusion here: you have managed to take every other poster in this thread and lump them into one person. Too often, your replies to one post refer to the actions or statements of another.

All this said... I do agree that ANY online poker site should be subjected to an audit of its RNG and, according to Josem and his referenced post, this has been done.

My final thought: why has this post NOT been moved to the Internet Poker forum? Sure, I get that PokerStars VIP Club sponsored the PokerCast, but that's about the extent to the connection. Posting these questions here is about as nonsensical as complaining to the University of Phoenix Stadium grounds crew that my Tostitos Hint of Lime chips were stale.

Cant coment becouse didnt understood a word. Seriosly. This thred was started in pokercast forum becouse i was wondering why those and many more questions are ignored on the show. Thats it. Obviosuly i have my personal point of view but i never claim its right. Way more interesting would be to hear PS thought on those questiond. In none of my post i claim PS is rigged or something. And frankly i dont think so. But i claim PS never had independent audit by reasons i wrote in previous posts. Why this thred should be in internet poker subforum? Or burried in pokes is rigged thread? Its up to mods. I am glad Mike and Adam have read it and even posted coments. Thats realy great.

BTW you probably right about me comenting on every post. Thats my character i gues - to question and argue my possitions. Will stop doing this in this tread unless something realy valuable will be posted. I realy apriciate all people dedicating time to write. Would never delete another persond writing unless its totaly incorect or offensive. Dont think mine is.
