AFAIK that is not true. It's not illegal for somebody to gamble online, but it's illegal to offer online gambling.

Your questions were directed at Pokerstars, knowing full well they wouldn't be addressed because they were:

1. Obvious (1, 3, 5, 6)
2. Private information (2, 9)
3. Directed at Pokerstars but actually more an accusation (4, 10)
4. Unanswerable at this point in time (7, 8)

I learned long ago that discussing RNG with people that think online is rigged is pretty much a waste of time, thus I'm not much interested in the thread.

BTW, nice victim card play with the "i know it will be deleted soon" angle. I wasn't going to close/move it but that comment will likely make me do just that at some point.

I think the OP is a fool but tbh there is alot more to this independant auditing than people give it credit for.

I actually beleive that if stars paid the X hundred thousand or million whatever for a thorough and comprehensive audit from an independent 3rd party that would make the site so so so much more appealing to new players.

Mike and Adam, dont be angry on me. I realy like your show and i know its main sponsor is Pokerstars. Like in case of Cigital. We have old saying I try to translate "Man who pays money orders what music to play". I dont have illussions about this. And i deffinetly think your audience is competent enougth to be awere of those issues. Like i posted before, those questions are more important to mainstream media and politicians making important decisions. 2+2 is great place becouse I can come and simply post my point of view to get reaction. Okay, I actually made no conclusions whatsoever, making it quite unlikely that I put out anything false.

So I will make a conclusion here: you have managed to take every other poster in this thread and lump them into one person. Too often, your replies to one post refer to the actions or statements of another.

All this said... I do agree that ANY online poker site should be subjected to an audit of its RNG and, according to Josem and his referenced post, this has been done.

My final thought: why has this post NOT been moved to the Internet Poker forum? Sure, I get that PokerStars VIP Club sponsored the PokerCast, but that's about the extent to the connection. Posting these questions here is about as nonsensical as complaining to the University of Phoenix Stadium grounds crew that my Tostitos Hint of Lime chips were stale.

Cant coment becouse didnt understood a word. Seriosly. This thred was started in pokercast forum becouse i was wondering why those and many more questions are ignored on the show. Thats it. Obviosuly i have my personal point of view but i never claim its right. Way more interesting would be to hear PS thought on those questiond. In none of my post i claim PS is rigged or something.
