I have a few friends that work at FTP. They don't work in the type of support roles that handle this sort of stuff, but they don't exactly work in entry-level positions either, so there's a >50% chance they would be able to help us get a larger sampling of hands, if their support people have any kind of abiilty to do that.

He has no way of knowing which hands didn't get data-mined by somebody so he has to report his profits honestly.

I also don't think the screen-shot of the cashier-page is such a terrible idea either. This shouldn't be that hard.

I tend to just trust the guy in general, but I don't suppose that's the best way to run a wager. Those of us who bet against him, well... while impressed by his start, I suspect most of us wagered against him because of the difficulty of doing this consistantly throughout the month. We didn't give 3:2 odds because we expected to be verifying 40k in profits at the end of the month, we did it because we didn't think he was likely to make it. I still hold that position, so it's hard to want to put a lot of time into verification now when I think it's way below 50% chance that the verification will be needed / asked for.

that's why I proposed a solution which I think is far simpler than trying to datamine the guy non-stop or trying to pull whatever strings with whoever to get every single HH.

Everyone can already see what time he sits and opens his FT tables on the stickcam.
So if he takes a screen-shot of his cashier page and sends it to you right away...and then takes a screen-shot of his cashier at the end of his session and sends that to you...then it should be extremely easy to verify that the PT shots of his FT sessions that he provides are 100% legit.

It's just a screenshot at the beginning and at the end and trying to sneak out some big losses in the middle there and photoshop the cashier page would be extremely tricky for him to do. And it all makes things WAY more simpler for you then trying to get a hold of your inside contacts at FT and them trying to figure out how to send you 20k HH's or something when we all know that such a request to FT is not going to be the easiest thing for them to be able to figure out how to do.

Does anyone have a reason why the screenshot thing shouldn't be done?
It seems like a pretty easy solution to me.

Costanza, if you completely use up the timebank at a particular table then it won't ever pop up anymore on that table. It will just fold your cards without warning even if it's checked to you. It's total bs and stars should do something about it.

It'll fold your cards even if it's checked to you on the river and you're trying to decide whether to value bet.

Why not just stick to stars but disgregard all hands from an outage day and give him an extra day?
