Recently, with the help of the Micro forum, I reformatted and expanded their FAQ. I've just done the same for the Small to High FAQ.

The new FAQ is here:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/announcement.php?a=36

Please post any suggestions for the FAQ (spelling and grammar nits included) in this thread. In particular I'd like to expand the Strategy section a lot so any recurring questions/situations as well as any great threads discussing/providing answers would be welcome.

I've only kept links threads in this FAQ that are in the Micro forum which predate the split. However, I'm considering removing links to the various Micro videos. Should I?

Any other addition, subtractions, etc to the FAQ please post!

took months for me figure out what ducy, itt, Ido and etc meant. If there was a part that explained all of the abbreviations commonly used on the site I think it would be a help. I know there are several good ones for the poker abbreviations but not regular ones that I could find.

I'm gonna guess that you still don't know what "ldo" means

If you want to keep the micro vids, you can add trebeks new 50NL one. Either way you can add Split Suit's new one...

ldo = like duh, obviously!

CMAR, regarding the sticky, I am a relative newcomer, though I browsed for over a year before making an account. I used the old FAQ quite a lot, and this new one looks much better.

The only thing I've had to go outside of this forum group for has really been software, and you covered that well. Only bit of advice I would give is to encourage new folks to not just post their own hands, but also offer critique and creative ideas on other posted hands. I have a lot of respect for many posters here; however, I think new folks feel somewhat intimidated about posting their strategy thoughts. I see many of them post their own hands for discussion, but never really reply to anyone else's (I am also guilty of this, but trying to change).

As an FAQ, this post is great, but as a "Welcome to the forum and here's how you can participate", its kind of overwhelming, I wonder if a section could be added to tell new people how they should be contributing.

Did you graduate from being a level to leveling? Why wasn't I invited to graduation?
