Hello xxxxxxx,
We have been unable to complete your request to create a new PokerStars account.
According to our records you already have a PokerStars account. If you have forgotten the password of your existing account, go to the login screen and click the "Forgot Password..." button.
Please note that according to PokerStars Terms of Services players are NOT allowed to open more than one account.

Does this mean someone tried to make another account with the same email address? Or same name? I don't see why they would use the same email address, looking at the login history no-one else has had access to my email. Also just changed my password and emailed support.
edit : also my account is frozen
Email stars, explain the situation. Be honest/calm. In a situation like this, your account being frozen is a good thing in terms of security. Change existing passwords as a precaution+you should be using keepass as it protects against keyloggers/hackers very effectively.
Also, if its not the case already, create a seperate gmail account to use for everything poker related. Set up two factor authentication, and use this email only for poker sites. (Wait until after you've settled things with stars to do this.)
