I'm considering shifting into biphasic w/6 hour core and 1 20m nap, guessing this will be seamless and if the hours kept are = a 24hr schedule (as opposed to my current pattern being revolving, sometimes exceeding 10hr sleep + not very productive when awake) I should be good.
secret to sleep is only try when you are tired. i dunno if ive got my timing down or if its cause i smoke so much pot but i can always tell when i need to pass out.
a few days of sleeping ~4 hours a night i needed naps and just set my phone for 30 minutes after i laid down. now ill catch a quick nap in my car at lunch or in between classes.
