But some point as you go past 20 million lump, you will reach an amount that you would rather go back to annual payments. For example on the current MegaMillions, your annual payment will be like over 25MM.

Not that any of this matters. But it's fun to think how fast I could blow 25MM...
- Very publicly donate like 1MM to some Palestinian organization just to troll (also I'm no fan of Israel)
- Buy a house in a central neighborhood in Chicago then demolish it and build some bizarrely shaped house in it's place, like maybe a miniature Grand Lisboa shaped house
- Leave $500 tip at every meal
- Fill a room with a few hundred K cash just like in boxes and on the floor all over and just leave it there just so I can look at it whenever
- Buy up all season tickets for the Chiefs and just burn them so they always play home games to empty seats

id take annuity payments just to have something to look forward to

lotto lump sum vs 10 year pmts

if its enough to retire off the interest im taking lump sum. bank will approve you for sick loans and you can live a sick life. also what happens if some hooker stabs you? where do pmts go?

if its not enough to retire im taking 10 yr pmts. id rather 200k a year for 10 years than a million bucks for sure

a few days of sleeping ~4 hours a night i needed naps and just set my phone for 30 minutes after i laid down. now ill catch a quick nap in my car at lunch or in between classes.

not really a millionaire with 10mm hands.

also there is a physical limit of how many a-game hours you can work per day. He would probably win more if he played less.
