Man, HEM has me on mega tilt. HM1 went down one week ago and their support has been lackluster at best. The only way to contact them is by email, and it's been taking 1-2 days to even get a reply, let alone closure on my issue. It's to the point that I need a teamviewer session to fix the problem, yet yesterday they promised me a session today, and today I haven't heard from them. WTF? Horrible business practices, but I guess they have an oligopoly along with pokertracker... Suggestions other than wait it out?

@timstone: HEM 1 came out a lil bit before PT3 and I think that right at that point (maybe also 2-3 months after release) HEM 1 >>>> PT3.

Also, IIRC and HEM 1 did come out before PT3, HEM 1 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PT2 which is why a lot of ppl bought it and never looked back I guess.

I love HEM 1 and tbh i've never needed support except for 2-3 minor issues which were dealt with super quick on their forums, but PT4 beta looking like it's >>>>>>>>>> HEM2 even with notecaddy thrown in.

yeah, i mean the notetracker PT4 has now is quite sick as well... but performance with large databases and without an ssd is horrific... i tried it and went back to pt3

Its basically impossible to lose vs the invalids at 100, yet i managed 14 ****ing buyins today. Some of the horrors i saw would make people **** bricks. 77/2's with quads everywhere etc, brb heating up oven.
