yeah ive heard some people have smallish throats and are more suspectible to choking, breathing problems etc. there is actually a horrifying sounding procedure you can get to sort of 'bore out' your throat to make it wider that some people opt to get.

yeah the thought actually crossed my mind 'this is a really stupid/pussy way to go out, choking to death on a blob of honey'.

and im not sure but i'd guess i was not breathing for at least a minute. i wasted a good amount of time just trying to force myself to cough, etc.

My dad and ncsu have both had that done. Ncsu choked on a pork sandwich at a canes game and then had to be rushed to the hospital and his throat had to be stretched out.

Yeah that **** sucked, the doc on call was at the hurricanes game and told me how epic of a game I missed - FU. I had what the doctor called a "ring muscle" around my lower esophagus that they later stretched out to break it and I had no problems for a while. Then about 2 years later same thing happens again with some piece of steak and I had to take some super expenso anti imflammatory drugs to fix it again. Its fine now, sort of. I can get stuff stuck and get it down with the help of a small amount of cooking oil or egg yolk to make it more slippery. Super uncomfortable and every time it happens all I want is to be able to swallow a sip of water. Never had any problems with it going down the wrong tube tho.

Don't bother heading to a doctor to get your throat stretched Disco, just switch it up from female to male hooker next time, and you should be good to go.

damn that really sucks man, hope the problem clears up for you. was the procedure you had to undergo real uncomfortable, or are you just anesthetized?

Most any endoscopy in the US will use anesthesia, but the procedure I had done made it really painful to swallow for a few days.

Yes. I came close to drowning when I was young (11-12 years old). I was swimming in a stream and got stuck under a pipe (the water was only 2-3 feet deep). No matter how hard I tried to push up I couldn't get my nose above water. I was facing downstream and was watch my life go downstream. I kept pushing and kicking to get free to no avail. Finally my brother saw me struggling and he put his hands underneath my neck and pulled back. After I got my first breath of air I could relax and free myself.
