...the only thing that I can't understand is about "pl != nl". I mean, PLO and NLHE are differnet games and there are regs who plays exclusively one or another. LHE and NLHE are different and there are "exclusive" grinders at both games... But I don't know a single reg, who plays pot-limit cash exclusively. If there is a PL table I'm sure the only regs who will play are the NL ones... so why we consider PL an another game (at least online @FTP)?

PL allows for more play post flop especially in shorter handed games.

3 bet pots cannot get bloated as easy as pot is max, same goes for isolating limpers, etc...

there is a ton preflop, both 3b pre, and raising limpers from the sb/bb tend to be >pot

while those aren't huge they do require you to change up your strategy a fair bit

yeah this. the spirit of the bet doesn't exist on internet I guess. that said I think the solution was very thoughtful/evenhanded. so props to the judges.

xxxxrazyboyxxxxxx and xxxxxsleekestxxxxxx both seem to play almost exclusively PL. xxxxxrazyboyxxxx basically does nothing but start PL tables all day long (and hes a total nit and wont actually start playing till 4 or 5 ppl sit down). Several times i've sat with him and sat to his immediate right (cuz hes a nart), and he gets up and moves across the table from me then sits back out until more ppl join. its really hilarious. its like ok if you don't want position on me then don't take it you narttard

They aren't different at all but I needed to specify so the rules wouldn't be up for interpretation. To us 200nl might mean 200 nl/pl but to a lot of the bettors etc it just means 200 no limit.

NL is NL. not NL + PL.

I dont recognize him but see that i have like 1k hands on him and he plays 7/5 (no wonder i dont recognize him) hes on my left on 2 tables, which he did on purpose. I see him by himself on a table so i sit to his left. we play like couple hands and then people jump in and he gets up and sits to my left again. I cant take it anymore and I have to say something.
