devil's advocate for why i could get behind a fold:

1. he's not bluffing
2. does he really have that many combos of nut flush in his range? he's 12/10 and opened MP1. AKs/AQs/AJs for sure. smaller ones maybe he wouldn't always open. is it considered unthinkable to not open A9s there?
3. not convinced nitty reg lead-shoves river with the NF as high a % of the time he has it as the % of the time he'd do it when he has TT/KK
4. okay this is my most interesting and tenuous reasoning, lol. who requests time on flop with AKs there? you could say he's considering raising but idk, that's not in line with what i've seen. it seems so much to me like either he's requesting time with KK for reals, or TT for trix. i wouldn't ever fold river in real time but i'm sighing so hard as i call

flame away

This. I think you are pretty much smack dab in the middle of his range. TT and KK being heavily weighted here, but so are AKs, AA (especially with A), and even AKx.

It's probably closer to a 50/50 proposition than most think, but that still makes it a call.

he never ever has either of these. it's a nitty grinder, not a random

(okay, less than 1%, allowing for some sort of minute possibility he went temporarily brain dead)

Interesting hand. Seems like I started reading this thread at the right time.
I think KK is actually most likely. Wouldn't he 3bet the flop with TT to get it in against lower sets or combodraws?
It's just weird that he calls the turn though. If you were semibluffing, you have him beat now. If you had a set, you now have a boat and the Ks is no good if another spade comes. So calling another bet makes no sense drawing to 2 outs. In any event, he must have been hoping that his kings are good some of the time and that you'll stop betting, which would make him pretty bad.
Regardless, the river just reeks of max value when he knows you have a boat and won't fold.
Well played, imo. Even if he was bluffing in this case, he is bluffing so rarely that it's not worth calling ever. He 1.5x'ed the pot after all.
He can't expect you to fold any hand here that raised the flop and continued so he's just not bluffing.
He could also have quads btw (but again, why no flop 3bet?).
I like the fold.

can someone confirm/deny that the PT hud doesn't work on rush tables on macs?

It doesn't. From what I remember reading about it, the technology used to grab the data interacts with something Windows-specific and Mac OS has security measures in place which prevent that sort of interaction with the OS.
Unfortunate, I know
I don't know if they're still trying to find an alternate way or if they've given up.
