Seriously tho: your desk set-up may not be ergonomical, you should consider getting a tracball or wrist brace, you should consider other input devices. It's kind of sad when people so young have repetitive stress injuries - it's only going to get worse.

I use PokerSHortcuts and my mouse hand remains close to motionless. It may seem like a pain to get the right version of PSC to work...you really need to read through the last year of the thread and glean what you need. (read my question on last page might be a shortcut for most). Then the critical info is: No Aero and use std font sizing. I also have set mouse "home" to be between Call and Raise**.
**Thumb button to check/fold does a lion's share of the work. The mouse movement to call or raise is less than a quarter inch. Second thumb button to set raise amount 90% pot. Middle button and middle button side to side have other functions. Scroll wheel incremental increase/decrease betsize is a FTP function.
