NL200 AA against Donk NL200 AA against Donk

Whats my line here? Do you bet 3-streets for value or check behind? The flop fits his range ... but every flop hits his range ...

Villain played a 100/50/9 over only 25 Hands. Didnt see a SD in these Hands ... therefore, I dont have a specific read ... only that he looks pretty donkey

No-Limit Hold'em, $1/$2

MP2 ($215.75)
MP3 ($220.00)
CO ($231.00) ___ (Hero)
BTN ($174.70)
SB ($45.05)
BB ($50.90)
UTG ($200.00)
UTG+1 ($145.75)
UTG+2 ($285.20)
MP1 ($92.10)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, A
5 folds, MP3 raises to $7.00, Hero raises to $24.00, 3 folds, MP3 calls $17.00,

Flop: Q, 6, 9 ( $51 )
MP3 checks, Hero bets $33.00, MP3 calls $33.00,

Turn: T ( $117 )
MP3 checks, Hero bets $76.00, MP3 calls $76.00,

River: 3 ( $269 )
MP3 checks, Hero ??

Villains stats are completely irrelevant here. Checking this behind is terrible against anyone.

On a side note, this is my 500th post but my title didnt change. Can someone run me down the list of post #'s and titles?

yeah checking behind here is pretty objectively bad
11-04-2008 , 09:28 PM
rofl are you kidding me do only thing you need to think ahout is how much to bet on the river which imo is ALL IN 8)
11-04-2008 , 09:33 PM
...thanks... didnt think it was that obvious

1) Push
2) Fist pump
3) Look at screen
4) Throw object of your choice.

Also raise more PF against this clown. He aint going anywhere.

Thanks for pointing out the pf-Raise ... didnt pay attention at that point, but noticed it allready during the hand.

I agree with betting river against this guy, but why is checking bad against ANYONE? Are there not many good players who are not calling 3 barrels unless they can beat the overpair that this line screams?

* 0-14 = stranger
15-49 = newbie
50-99 = enthusiast
100-199 = centurion
200-399 = journeyman
400-699 = grinder
700-1199 = adept
1200-1999 = old hand
2000-3499 = veteran
3500-5999 = Pooh-Bah
6000 and over = Carpal \'Tunnel

u should be betting a little more on flop. you must shove river.
betting more preflop is bad.

Why on earth would raising more preflop be bad if the guy has a 100% VPIP? Now THIS is something I will have to hear.

WP IMO.. I would shove River, else it seems Ok.. I think betting more PF isn't the best Action. A 5-6bet seems to have a way to large Folding Equity IMO. You Still want a Call for Value..

Because no one competent takes this line with a hand that beats you.
