Any idea whether a generalisation of whether downswing affects more your SD or NSD winnings is possible? Assuming you're running the same as EV adjusted.
also, pizza with an alfredo sauce instead of marinara, chicken and spinach is pretty bomb. is this strictly an American thing or no? I honestly have no idea.

Sorry for posting this only a couple of days after my last post. I'm just so excited that the hard work is starting to pay off...it helps that I'm not playing on stars or some of the other sites for sure. I also know that I'm running rather well at the moment. I just wish I could play more and not be so damn tired at night...

Cheese is standard on 95%+ of pizzas, mushrooms and ham would be 1 kind of pizza, other two favourites? Wording coulda been more clear on initial question..
Tobe, you are great player, but I think you have big ego and tilting problems. You started last year quite well, but then got into huge downswing, when you moved up to NL600-1k. You started spewing, and didn't move down the limits. Things got better after moving down the limits and working hard on your game off the tables. This year almost the same. Started with NL200 (correct me if i am wrong), added NL400, things went superb and you worked on your game, then you moved to NL600, decide to add other sites, add 5max, 3max, get into downswing and you are not moving down, but keep playing NL600.
When you are playing concentrated, work alot on your game, your graph skyrockets. But once you get into downswing, you start spewing, whining in forum, working less on your game, and playing even more. You have to keep the the same balance of playing and hard working off the table,as it is during your upswings. Now move back to NL200-NL400 on stars, and grind the money back. Correct me if I am wrong.
I never dropped 600NL. Ive been working past few months more on my game than I ever was. In past ~4 months Ive spewed less than I used to spew in one week's time.

been thinking same about myself, then produced this:
Seriously tobe i have been in your shoes 4-5 times. When i say dont bluff im serious. Also fighting back one of them abusing it will not work. Just WAIT and people NEVER adjust.
No jokes. past 5months i dropped my cbet to 35-43% i still get 0 respect from the regs. My 3bet dropped from 8 to 5 and i still get 4bet every hand by a lot of them/no folds.
Dropped my CR to like 4% or something insanely low(it was really low b4) and i can still like call an utg's reg in the blind on TTx and only CR Tx and will always get paid as long as they dont have 56s.
Past 5months is when i went back to this just **** it style. Biggest downswing? 4bi. (dont stack off preflop. AA KK only, most of my loss come from not remembering this, euros are rigged pf if you have AK- QQ- vs them and no point in fighting back pf when they suck so much post). Only reason my year suck is that i lost a bunch on a superuser site. My main site im at 12bb/100 past 5months playing 8-12 tables.
Take it like you want but my graphs for the past 2 years is straight up and only 1 breakeven stretch of 120k hand where i tried fighting back and playing regular poker. There's really NO value in playing good poker for the 2-3 pretty good guys on your site. Just leave them alone and let them steal your opens and concentrate on all the joketards that couldnt beat nl2cent on stars yet play 600 on your site.
