^ I mean per day, but don't worry, I'm not going for overkill in the gym. Several of the cardio classes are just 30 minutes long too, or if I shadow box in the evening then it's just 6x3 minutes. Realistically it will probably be just under 3 sessions a day on average; around 20 sessions/week- so I'll say my goal is 2-3 sessions a day on average.
Here's a schedule. I feel it's quite manageable but I'll also be sensible about it and miss sessions if I feel I'd benefit more from the rest.
The gym sessions consist of just two 1-hour sessions, and three smaller sessions on the days that I box beforehand. I'm sure you'd endorse the sessions too, as they focus on relatively few exercises/low reps. I may occasionally fit in an extra short Chest only session on a Sunday as that's an area I want to work on, and my other chest session is alternative Wed/Thu so there's decent rest inbetween.
