for those that have the habit of quitting and restarting often or have problems with soreness next workout and stuff I highly recommend foamrollers. They are really helpful with lower back and legs, (parts that are particularly tricky and hard to stretch well, especially if stiffen up)

Something I figured not often you come across when looking at the topic.
also great job melea

One more important thing I forgot is supplements.

I've done a little research again recently on exactly what I think I need to take. If you follow this, I think you're on the right track.

1. Protein.

This is most important. If you don't take enough, you're not going to see the benefits of working out. If you only buy one item to help your development, then buy protein powder. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey.

2. Creatine (Reflex Creatine Monohydrate)

3. Pre-workout Supplement (SuperPump Max)

4. L-Glutamine (Optimum Nutrition)

5. BCAA (Optimum Nutrition)

Plus I also take the following:

6. Cod live oil tablets

7. Multi-vitamin

8. Magnesium (Lamberts MagAsorb)

1) for sure 1 to 2 grams per pound you weigh
2) be careful, drink lots of water and little alchohol, its hard on your liver and kidneys. 1 gal of water a day minimum or you will eventually experience a lot of cramping
3) Coffee works well and is cheap, espresso is best imo and what i use
4) I take this, necessary for sure
5) yea same
6) Careful of mercury and the quality of fish oil you are getting, very important
7) recent study suggests negligible effects of taking this, idk tho every study contradicts the previous.
8) never heard of this
