The only time you squeeze more value out of this guy imo is when he hits his set so I really don't see why we should give him free shots at doing so, even if it's not that likely to happen. I mean if the river is a 5 and we get CRAI we are never good and we let him get there for free which sucks.

I don't mind the flop check tbh. Maybe i'm terrible and its a huge leak and I should move back down to 25NL but whatever. I mean if we cbet J+ flops all the time or if we have a read that villain will call a cbet with his PPs then by all means bet. But it sounds like OP has pretty much the opposite read.

I'm definitely betting the turn and the river. The board is more coordinated and your hand is underrepped at this point anyways so go ahead and bet.

I feel like I am more likely to get zero streets of value than two streets of value. I dunno, obviously I am misreading villain, thinking he will fold to a flop or turn bet with 3rd or 4th pair.

luka, what do you do with overcards on this board?

bet. so do the same thing with your made hands, you cant play weak=strong and strong=weak poker..youll get crushed

You are right, I would cbet with AK/AQ on this flop to fold out better hands like small PPs. I don't have villain marked as a TAG though, I'm not sure if he is really paying attention, I think he always folds his PP on these flops.

ur not gonna win a big pot off a 13/6 with KK. no reason to try and extend the hand to the river and try and win with top pair.

luka, you played the hand well as long as it's not your usual strat because:

Yes, everytime I have AK and CBet with the same exact action as you, someone floats my flop c bet with pp.

Better to bet than to let him hit a 2 outer.
