No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button ($369.10)
SB ($121.60)
BB ($60.60)
UTG ($100) - 16/11 over 1k hands
Hero (UTG+1) ($113.90)
MP1 ($201.87)
MP2 ($48.40)
CO ($43.80)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 7, 7
UTG bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, 6 folds

Flop: ($8.50) 10, 10, 4 (2 players)
UTG bets $5, Hero calls $5 - The guy cbets 72% and has a 9% UTG range so I pretty much wanna get this to showdown cheap.

Turn: ($18.50) 3 (2 players)
UTG bets $13 - 60% (6/10) double barrel. Do you ever call this bet? Or do you think he wouldn't barrel a blank on a board like this? I think calling this and then folding to a 3rd barrel might be a big mistake since he can still fire his overcards because my hand is pretty much face up.

Anyway what do you do against these barreling guys, just call nutty hands and fold to fcbets or sometimes call this down?
