I feel like this is trivial but I want to get other people's input to check my line.

I have kq spades in mp. I raise to 10 get called by old guy otb with about 100 in front of him and by the bb who has 323. I have 300.

Pot is 30. Flop is 10-4s-6s. Check, I lead for 20, old guy calls, young guy in blind makes it 80. It is on me, what is my play?

call, what's the turn?

The turn was a jack of non spade value haha. You don't think shoving has any merit here? Why call? What is your plan for certain cards?

whats your stack size? that information is vital here

Oh my bad. I though I included that in the original post. 300. Also this is my like 3rd hand at the table. No real reads. That should cover the vital info.

I would never shove here. Whats going to call you? You will basically just be getting it in with a FD as a caller will most likely have 2 pair plus or nut spades.

Flat and see what happens OTT

I shoved. Let me explain why and then please correct me if you see fit. The pot was 150 with his raise when it got to me. Remember this is live so his range is much wider if he calls my shove. I figured with his raise he could have a set which is 9 different ways to have a set. He could also have jj- 6 ways. He also could have a flush draw as well. Qq+ is also possible but highly unlikely. Hell even AT was possible. I think two pair hands are also out of the question given preflop action. I have kq so 9 outs to the spades+2 overs+ backdoor straight draw+fold equity+ calling puts me in a very awkward spot on the turn if a brick card comes. I will basically have to fold to a large bet. That was my rationale.

Yeah shoving gives you max FE and makes sure you see turn and river. Also you prevent yourself from being bluffed and you get called by worse(weaker overcards with FD).

Calling also makes your hand kinda face up which decreases your implied odds.

There are plenty of lagtard live players who I'd shove this on all day but u have no reads so I think that play is a little thin.
