Have been unable to dl a vid for the past few hours. The site stalls when I click on a vid link while "transferring data from www.google-analytics.com". Any idea what the issue here might be?

i just downloaded dj's second freestylin, so the problem is probably on your end. i would try first refreshing the page by holding shift and pressing refresh, this will redownload the site and clear the stored version giving you a true reload. also try logging out and back into the site.

if this doesn't work, try restarting your browser. next step would be to restart your computer i guess, and if that doesn't work i dunno. the google-analytics site you saw is an intermediate site i believe, so if your browser won't accept data from it the problem is possibly with your internet provider or something.

Update your browser by selecting, Help/Updates to check for new version. It is good to update your windows if you havent done that in a while too.

Strange, the browser was working for everything else. Restarting it allowed me to dl vids again though. Thanks.

I can't connect to the site since more than 30 days ago. I have been trying to do it repetedly and nothing. I don't have such a problem with any other site (I visit dozens of sites everyday) and connect from Argentina.

I suggest they probably have a DNS problem. I've read other people had some trouble too.

Yeah, when i said his problem was with the intermediate site/ISP i was thinking DNS but didn't want to use too much technobabble. :-P

Nothing has changed for us in the past 30 days (DNS or otherwise). I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot, but I haven't heard of any of these problems, and our DNS servers haven't had any interruptions/outages.

Using a command window, type in "tracert deucescracked.com" and post the results here. If you're on a Mac/Linux box, it'll be traceroute, rather than tracert.

Not being able to get to our site at all is a very different beast than not being able to download (one suggests a problem connecting to our servers and the other some sort of problem connecting to Amazon's servers where we host our downloadable files). In your case it seems that you're having a problem getting to or seeing our main server, which could be local DNS records on your end (rare but possible) or something in the routing to get to our servers.

Our IP is 72.9.233.26, if you want to try pinging the server to see if you can even get to it directly.

Ok, I made a tracert to your site and post results below. The phrase "Tiempo de espera agotado para esta solicitud" means time out. It is curious I didn't have any trouble to access http://rakeback.deucescracked.com/, your rakeback site, although I noticed you have it on other server, as its IP address is 67.18.220.188. I was thinking, and I recalled that sometimes, due to spam abuse, some system administrators have banned certain ISPs from accessing their servers (mainly mail servers but sometimes web servers too). Some have even gone so far so as to banning whole countries! I don't know if this might be the case, but it's something to investigate.
