Been loving all the Greg Rose TPI videos but this one especially stuck out.

Just have never seen someone break down the downswing sequence as:

1. Weight shift
2. Right Tilt
3. Twist
4. Jump

before. And the realization that basically all of #1 and most of #2 happen before the club starts coming down is huge.

Related to that video, can't recommend the Chasing Scratch podcast strongly enough, especially if you're in the mid-40s'ish age group. Super good and fun listen.

I attended their Final Major and Velcren Invitational tournament last October, and they are super chill friendly guys in person, and the entire cult, er I mean group, is great also.
