Just trying to make sure you got your money's worth and such. Hopefully you'll love them.
Thanks. In Michigan. The place is called Miles of golf. From their website:
Golf Digest Top 100 Club Fitter
Titleist Regional Club Fitting Center (one of 4 in the country)
First off-course shop named Ping National Club Fitter of the Year
AGM 100 Best Golf Shop every year since 1999
They charge $100 and it's a 2 day fitting. The first day is irons. If you buy new clubs they credit that towards the clubs. They have a more expensive fitting as well what and that does not go towards the clubs so I opted against that.
I was swinging clubs for an hour so I don't remember all the shafts or differences. However, once we narrowed it down I'm pretty sure I hit 3 different shafts that I can remember with the Taylor Made irons. I don't remember the difference between the individual shafts specifically other than the one I selected had a tighter grouping. I'll ask which shaft it is. I didn't need to see the computer data because it was obvious just from seeing the results on the range. I got another 15 yards over my current, 25 year old Titleist DCI. I sure did love those clubs.
