I have a quite dated Bag I stopped playing for a good few years. Nothing is fitted for me except the putter and some clubs are just what I swapped with my brother.

Driver: Cleveland XL270 10.5 Degree (Set up as a Draw) (From brother)
3 Wood: Cleveland Mashie 15.5 Degree (From brother)
3 Hybrid: Mizuno JPX800 19 Degree
Irons: 4-PW Wilson Staff Ci9
Gap Wedge: Callaway X Jaws 50 Degree 12 Bounce
Sand Wedge: Mizuno MP-10 54 Degree 9 Bounce
Lob Wedge: Mizuno MP-10 60 Degree 8 Bounce
Putter: Taylormade Ghost TM 880 (Shaft cut pretty small)

I have a few other Clubs that I tend to swap in and out here and there. I'm due some sort of upgrade though, I'd probably start with the Irons/Wedges.
I very rarely hit full wedge shots these day's if I do it will probably be a Lob Wedge to get over something and stop it quick.

I'd be hard pressed to get rid of the putter, Visually for me it just looks good when looking at the ball and making a stroke. It's been battered though as I lost the head cover for it and never replaced it.

Traded in my 2 iron and ancient Wilson 5 wood for 10 bucks off on the 25 dollar mizuno 23 degrees hybrid.

Bag now has 14 clubs in it:

Titleist 915D3 8.5 degree driver.
Titleist TS2 3 wood.
Mizuno 23 degree hybrid.
3i through 7i mizuno mp30.
8i Tommy armour replacement.
9i and pw mizuno mp30
54 degree titleist vokey.
58 degree titleist dsv.
Putter I forgot name.

23 degree hybrid gets up in the air easy But in not getting the distance I was hoping for. I'm definitely not getting the sweet spot consistently and have some work to do. Maybe 20 degrees would be more appropriate for what I'm looking for.

Lol I'm already back from the pro shop. Traded the 23 degree hybrid for an old titleist 980F 19 degree 5 wood. I think this club will get the yardage and control I'm looking for. Its actually in really good shape considering its age. Stainless steel face if I remember correctly has held up nicely.

My bag is like a weird al parody of thrift shop. I'm gonna pop my bag. Only got 20 dollars in my pocket. Gonna hit some runners. Some fly high stunners. Golf is ****ing awesome.

Current WITB:

Driver: Callaway Epic 440c head @9.5 degrees. Fujikura Speeder 661 68g X flex @44.5 inches with a half inch tip.

3 wood: Taylormade RBZ stage 2 @ 14.5 degrees, Oban Kiyoshi White 75g 05 flex (X) with a half inch tip.

2 iron: Taylormade P790 UDI with a KBS Tour-V 120g X shaft.

4i-PW PXI 0311T Gen2. Black KBS C-Taper X 130g (once hardstepped).

51, 55 degree Callaway Mack Daddys with a 120g X flex KBS tour-v shaft.

60 degree: Callaway Mack Daddy (8 deg bounce) with a KBS C-Taper X 130g.

Putter: Titleist Scotty Cameron Newport @34 inches that I bought in High School in 2001.

Ball: Titleist Pro V1

Things I'm tempted to replace in 2019: Everything except my PXG irons. I was kind of luke warm on them when I bought them last summer, but it was mostly because my swing was so crappy I couldn't find the sweet spot with my irons for a stretch. Absolutely love them now. They're incredibly forgiving on mi****s, but still have great feel, and the control I'd want out of a player's iron. Not quite as soft as the miuras I had for 7 years before, but the extra forgiveness is a good trade off.

Driver I hit reasonably well still, just always tempted to try the latest and greatest. Going to 44.5 inches last year was a great choice. Just feel so comfortable with the club in my hands relative to a 45 inch stock length. Much easier to find the sweet spot.

3 wood is still super solid, since the thing is just so hot. That old RBZ head is ridiculous. New heads are just a bit more forgiving in general though, and this one can get a little spinny, especially on mi****s.

I'm torn on the 2 iron. On some courses I do miss playing a hybrid for second shots on par 5s... but especially in tournaments, it's nice to have an iron to hit on tighter holes. The biggest issue I have with it is the shaft is a bit weak for me, so it can get a little spinny. Might just get it tipped a half inch and see if that makes it feel better before I scrap it. I was actually shocked how much I liked the PXG hybrids... tempted to get an 19 degree or so from them with something super stiff in the shaft.

Will likely get a new 51/55 (or 50/54) at some point this season. Will get c-tapers in them, and hopefully make the swing weight a bit higher. The callaways feel very light to me relative to my other clubs, which isn't something I want in my wedges.
Replaced 13 of the 14 clubs, and the 1 that remains I'm drafting up a competitor for.

Driver: Callaway Epic Speed Triple Diamond LS 9.0 @9.0, Project X Hazardous Smoke Green 70TX @44.75 inches

3w: Sim2 rocket 13.5 @13.5, Tensei White 80TX tipped 1.5 inches @42 inches

2 iron: Sim UDI 2 iron with KBS tour-v 120x... have a titleist driving iron (3i) getting a tensei white 100TX tipped 2inches getting thrown together now.

4-PW: Miura TC-201. 4-8iron True Temper X Seven shafts, 9/PW have KBS tour-v 130g tour x shafts. I will probably be replacing 4-8 with them. Accidentally broke my 9 iron and the guy that helps me with my clubs couldn't get x7s, so I just replaced the 9/PW to try, and the Tour-Vs are just so smooth/stable. They also oddly spin almost 6-700 less than the X7s, which surprised me.

The Miura TC201s are soooo pure

50/54 degree SM8s, with KBS tour-v 130g tour X.

60 deg Callaway Jaws 8 degree C grind with a KBS c-taper 130x. Found it in my basement and just have supreme comfort with it after a year of using the vokey 60s.

Putter: Swapping around a ton, but using my 2020 Scotty Newport 2 @34 inches lately.

edit: Done a lot of tinkering with the ball, but just using the 2021 ProV1 in tournaments so far. Was playing the left dash, but just has no grip on shots < 80 yards.

Not much new/different. New driver shaft, new RTX 4 wedges and took the 4iron out of my bag and have the Mizuno 3i. It's like a hybrid iron; pretty wide sole and I use it for tight tee shots and some approach shots. It fits the gap between 5i and hybrid pretty well and the 4i was a club I just can't hit consistently.

New season, may as well do a new WITB.

Driver: PXG 0311XF Gen 5, 10.5*, Diamana S+ 60g S
Fairway: (on order) Callaway Apex UW 19* HZRDUS Smoke Black 70 S
Hybrids: Titleist 818H1, 21* and 27 (set to 29*), Atmos TS Blue 8S
Irons: Ping Eye2+ 1i, white dot, +1", Ping shafts S
Irons: Ping S55 4i, 6i-PW, white dot, +1", CFS S
Wedges: Sub70 286 Forged, 52* and 58*, KBS Tour 90, +1", 3* up
Putter: Still testing, TBD.

Temporarily have the 17* and 25* hybrids out of the bag, I have hit ~ no good shots with either so far this season, while the irons have been very good of late. If I don't like the UW the 17 will go back in.

Got a few used clubs at a yard sale months ago. They look very new considering age. Asterisk marks new club:

*Taylor made R1, set to 9.5 degrees with neutral weight settings. Like it so far.

Titleist ts2 16.5 degree 3 wood with neutral settings.

Titleist f80 5 wood.

Mizuno mp30 irons, 3,4.

*Taylor made firesole irons, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

Mizuno mp30 pw.

Titleist vokey 54 wedge.

Titleist dsv 58 wedge.

Mr Three Wiggle.

Still figuring out how the irons fly, but the confidence is much improved from the short iron overlap gap situation i played last year.

Driver is surprisingly superior to my Titleist whatever it was, just based on some rusty rounds. Feels really solid at contact.

Getting the bag set up for the new season, spring golf trip in less than two weeks. Got in 9 holes last weekend but the forecast doesn't look promising for any more golf before I leave.

Not too many changes, really. I have been kicking around the idea of playing with a reduced set, but I probably won't since I ride most rounds. I'd be more likely to do it if I picked up a smaller, lighter cart bag.

3W: TaylorMade SLDR, 83g Tour Preferred S

Used this some last season to pretty good success. I didn't get along with fairway woods for decades -- the last ones I liked were persimmon -- but I think my swing has gotten sufficiently slower and shallower that they are now a possibility.

Putter: Odyssey O Works Black Marxman, 37"

Going to see how long I can go before making a change. So far feeling pretty good about this putter but it may only take one 40 putt round to get me to bin it.
