if the last three are gettable in your mind, and you played them even, and still shot a course best, then you know in your mind you can go even lower...you just have to let it happen and not force it.
already looking forward to your next career low post on your home course
Ha, thanks.
The course is only 7450 yards at elevation, so it really only plays maybe 6700 yards at sea level, and it's pretty open. I bomb the ball, so it's just a course where I can make a million birdies/eagle. I'm always amazed when people can just go out and shoot a 60 in a tournament like a sociopath, wish I had that mentality.
I have to keep chipping away at things that make me nervous or skeptical, part of the process of golf. Honestly didn't even do anything super special today. Played the par 5s 4 under, birdied the one super easy drivable hole, and hit a couple wedges close. I made a bunch of 4-5 footers for par, but don't think I made a putt longer than maybe 12 feet.
Bunch of tournaments coming up the next few weeks, so hopefully some of it can transfer to actual rounds.
