Played pretty bad tbh but I somehow was able to score well. Driver was all over the play although only 1-2 were "really bad". Wedge approaches to greens were just downright terrible. I had 10 approach shots on par 4's and 5's with a 50*, 54* or 58* wedge and managed to hit only hit 5 of those greens. Some of it had to do with how thick the rough was but still.
No bogeys due to miracles. #4 I had to make a 25 footer to save bogey. #16 I put tee shot in the water, re-teed and hit it to 2.5 feet.
It's great going out first in the morning but I always run into maintenance:
- Fairway mower on 4
- Fringe mower on 5
- Guy cutting the holes on 8
- Guy cutting the green on 9 and 10
- Guy raking the traps on 10 and 11
The really bad thing is the guy cutting the greens pulls the pin and leaves the stick on the green until the guy cutting the holes comes by. I just aim for middle of the green. Greens are small enough to where you never have that long of a putt.
