Technically, you need at least 20 rounds to have an official handicap, but most sites will let you compute an unofficial one in as little as 1-5 rounds. Anyway, that first site sucked (sorry), try this one:

Like I said, you might want to create a profile on a site like oobgolf.com, where you can enter all sorts of information like hole-by-hole stats (club used, fairway hit, etc) and weather. They have a lot of courses already entered, so you just need to fill in the data. Good way to help spot areas that need improvement.
