Bought two Titleist Vokey Design wedges Black Nickel. Wasn't the black I expected, but whatever, they are still sweeter than the regular "color"

Also four dozen Pro V1x. Don't know how anyone can prefer Pro V1 over Pro V1x!?

now there's no excuse for not practicing my short game!

if only i could find a freakn muni where i can practice chipping!!!!

I bought the mp69's (p-6i) a bit ago with mp59 for 4iand 5i, after being fitted. have had them for about a month and absolutely love them. also upgraded to pxi shafts 5.5, had been saving for two years. still was short. I love those shafts but man they are expensive.

I got mine for $200 on ebay, slightly used but it works fine. It probably wont last as long and I'm probably missing out on some warranty, but I also expect to lose one every two years so it made sense for me. You have to figure so many people quit golf every year that ebay is good for stuff like this.

My thought process is: if you're getting refurbished, just get the random refurbished balls and save yourself ~50% of the cost. I can't imagine getting used ProV1's and expecting them to preform like ProV1's, if they've already been hit an unknown amount of times.

I used refurbished balls when I first started out, and always recommend them to everyone starting out (since you're going to end up losing them anyway!)...but, if you're playing seriously and can shoot below ~90, I highly suggest against them.

In short: isn't there some drop off in performance after a certain number of hits? and given that they're refurbished, the number of hits a refurbished ball has experienced is unknown.

I had the same reservations, but honestly as long as you are getting the top graded ones you are fine. Unless you're shooting around scratch and need to know exactly how it will respond every time. I wouldn't doubt if a lot of these balls are found in the woods after someone shanked a brand new ball in there.

All I know is I've never been able to tell a difference. As long as there is no surface damage you should be fine

I cared for that bushnell better than my child. It simply just doesn't turn on. Thinking of sending it back with a nice letter hoping they give me a new one.

Well I hate to ask this but you tried putting a new battery in it right? My battery dies every 6ish months or so on my bushnell

But yeah if you send it back to them you might get a replacement idk

from what ive heard, they can loose up to 20% distance depending on how long theyve been sitting out in the sun or underwater. goes for all balls.

Been swooping a bunch of under armour golf shirts lately. I live in Phoenix and have found that they hold up really well to the sweat and constant heat here and they don't fade around the collars!
