I don't know, obv he's a much better golfer than me, and I probably don't know what's going through his head, but sometimes it just seems like he has an ego problem. He always seems to try and hit irons from seemingly ridiculous distances, and always has to hit these hero shots with that ****ing hybrid out of the rough. It's like, dude, you swung as hard as you could, and moved the ball 5 feet. pretty sure a wedge could've got that out to the fairway...

He and Greg Norman have the same Ego problem that doesn't translate their awesome talent into enough Majors.

I make $6300 if Ogilvy wins. Looked hopeful as Tiger was walking off 18 today...

Og has the worst round of anyone +2 or better, and Tiger goes -5 on the frontside, jesus. Hopefully, there'll be lotsa people w/itchy camera fingers following Tiger this weekend.

I also bet Immelman & Stricker. Strick was looking good for a couple hours Thursday morning.

oh yea, tell me the last time you remember Tiger getting a bad break that affected his finish in a tournament. Granted I dont watch the normal tour events too much but all I remember is him getting ridic. good breaks (started at the 2000 PGA) in majors.

Hey, how come they don't have mandatory soft spikes on a muni? What b.s. I'm wearing my track spikes next time I play.

Tiger reminded me of Jim Brown after that shot from the perfect lie on #1 - he limps and hobbles back to the huddle then proceeds to run over the top of everyone afterwards. Also, I wonder how that dude that got conked on top of the noggin by one of Phil's many wayward drives is feeling right now.

For the same reason they're allowed to smoke inside the ropes at Torrey Pines and you're not allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises at any time.
