U.S. Senior Open qualifying yesterday, well over 100 guys for 4 spots. I haven't been playing much golf at all as of late let alone competing, a couple of things at home have required my constant attention.

Take note that everybody under par except me either played the PGA Tour or currently has full status on Champions Tour.
I certainly didn't do anything special except make more putts than usual. Ball striking was probably a 5 on a 1-10 scale. Not sharp. Felt good to make putts.
Playoff with Billy Mayfair for 2nd alternate, the only player on earth to defeat Tiger Woods in a playoff on tour. He didn't want any of me, he'd heard the rumors, he didn't even show up. Didn't really expect him to as he teed off quite early and 2nd alternate has about as much chance of getting in as I have hooking up with Salma Hayek.
But technically I did defeat him in the playoff. So by the transitive property I'm thinking I've beaten Tiger Woods in a playoff.
Long day, teed off at 954am, took 5 hours to play because you have to walk in USGA events and this course was not walker friendly. Especially with 97 degree heat. One player went down walking off 18 green and had to be attended to. Then wait until 7pm for everybody to finish before showing up on the first tee for the playoff. Not to mention an hour commute each way. Left home at 745am, got home at 845pm. And that's typical for guys trying to make it on any tour.
Cliffs - I still got game.
