It’s time to replace my wedges. I have seen a lot of positive feedback about Sub70 on social media; but don’t know anime personally that has played them.

Anyone here purchased them?

Deciding between getting fitted for the usual brands or taking a chance on Sub70.

Thank you

I have two Sub70 wedges. Ordered a 58 and liked it enough to get a (near) matching 52. Sent Ping Glide 2.0s to the backup bag.

Pros: Incredible customization options if that's your thing, easy ordering, elite customer service, good pricing.

Cons: Dunno, I'll think of something. Not fitted, I guess.

I wanted a custom length, no problem. They were sold out of the shaft I wanted on the 58, so they called me to discuss and suggested a very similar slightly more expensive shaft (from the same maker even) which they let me switch to without an upcharge. It did take a couple weeks to get the clubs, but I thought that was very reasonable given that I was ordering custom.

Also ordered a couple demo irons for a buddy. Again, great customer service.

Haven't done any launch monitor testing or anything but they perform great for my below-average swing speed. If anything I'm getting better spin off the 58 than anything else I've tried in the 56-60 range.

Also -- I had to look, but they do have wedges in their demo program. They ship you the demo wedge you select (limited clubs available), you test it for a while (I think my buddy took 2 weeks) and send it back when you're done. You pay a fee up front and they refund all but $20 when you return it. A cheap way to give them a try. Not as cheap as a demo day, of course, but it's an option.

Some people I know at the club pay them. Sounds like their customer service is really good. I have never personally tried their stuff because most (if not all) of it is not available in lefty.
