If you seriously think caddies will be hand tracing computer generated yardage books to the fullest details which pass the new USGA rule interpretation then LOL @ U.



I'm sure there will be guys copying books by hand, but certainly not in the detail that computer generated topographical maps can do. With greens changing and new courses coming on tour the old books will become obsolete.

The original ruling of USGA was dumb and they came to their senses. That is the point. USGA governs more than just the pro tours. If I want to make notes on greens I should not be limited to indicating slopes of 4%+.
