The Saudi International was a *tournament*, not a *tour*...a tour created with the specific intent to lure away players from an existing tour (with the promise that 'you can just play in both cause they wont do anything about it).
So yes...perfectly fine to take that Saudi money when the goal is to actually spread and build the game and not perfectly fine (if you want to remain liked) to take their money when they form a competing tour and hold events in your country instead of theirs and lure away your players instead of developing their own.
Had LIV been created in Saudi and held most of their events in Saudi, nobody would give a rats ass if Phil and others *left* and went over their to play for the big checks and develop interest in the game *over there*.
...but that is not what happened is it...
