I think the take that sums up my interest the most is DJ from NLU.

Like the massive sums of money are only interesting when it's actually life changing for the person receiving it. I'm no attorney but I think dumping has more to do with established companies giving away physical products (e.g. steel). If it was illegal for new companies to do things that were non-viable there wouldn't be a Silicon Valley.
