Damn, I got a bit choked up watching the video narrated by Jimmy Roberts of Tiger and Phil playing a practice round together.

As usual the crappiest TV schedule of any golf tournament. Augusta members still the WOAT at giving fans a look at their precious event.

I get that - just wondering if there is a perceived advantage to the three different starting slots. There are some inherent advantages/disadvantages to all three. Just not sure which out weighs which.

an 82 year old, 78 year old, and 68 year old are combined -11 after 6 holes. This might be the sporting achievement of the year.

Did he really dislocate it or was that him wearing his shoes so loose he was popping it back on? I can't tell but very sad if he can't play. Thanks God!

If you guys are looking for someone random to root for Matt Parziale. The firefighter they've been talking about. My sister went to school with him, according to her great guy and great story.

dude was trying to play cool imo, but i think he knew he is fk'd.

i broke my ankle during recess on the last day of 6th grade. me and dude planned to have a fake fight and do a WWF move where he picked me up and slammed me down. welp that's what happened and i broke my ankle. i'll be damned if i was going to act hurt in front of the entire school. walked on the broken ankle all the rest of the day and then broke down once i finally walked into my house.

What an epic par3 contest that was. If the tournament even comes close to that we are in for a helluva week.

Ya, I've sprained my ankle a bunch of times.. When it first happens, it's not that bad to walk on, but then as time goes on, it's brutal. He must feel like a boob.

So much for golfers being smarter than football players.
Just brutal for Finau.

Sweet Jesus that sucks for Finau. He probably can’t go tomorrow either way but the hullo was of the course can’t help.

Yea par 3 contest. Some of the best stuff ever. My club is actually having one tomorrow night, no hole longer than 120y. Should be some fun.

And just wait for C. Hoffman to be on the first page of the leaderboard after round one.

Surprised not much talk about Patrick Reed this week. Has been playing well and one of the best putters on tour. I'd consider him one of the favorites. Was listed at 50-1 which seems like a very good price the way he's been playing lately.
