Yeah, exactly. I never really disliked him that much before... I found the mini-Tiger attire on Sundays a little off putting, but not a huge deal. I loved watching him in the Ryder/Presidents Cups... But I stumbled onto 2-3 articles about his issues/alleged cheating at Georgia and Augusta State, and despise that. It's bad in any sport, but ESPECIALLY in golf.

I wasn't bothered by the top 5 comment. It was obviously premature, but you should expect anyone trying to get to that level to be quite confident. What's he supposed to say, "Yeah, I'm not as good as some of these guys yet, maybe eventually I can be in the top 10."

He could just keep his mouth shut and be a little more classy, but I didn't think it was as absurd as some people did that he thinks that...

Tiger is 4 under today thru 17--ive watched his entire round and honestly he could be 7-8 under easily.

Agreed. I've been watching the stream all day. If he putted as well today as he did Thurs-Sat, he'd be looking at a 64 or 65 with a par on 18. His driver was top notch, and his irons were very good.

Yes, except for the fact they always give the defending champion's caddie #1. When Nicklaus was still playing they always gave him #86 commemorating his 6th green jacket.

So sick that he's 7 under through 13 and missed 3 other very makeable putts.

I thought it was quite pathetic how the galleries treated Reed yesterday. I get everyone roots for their guy but this is Captain America. All of those *******s are gonna be riding his coattails rooting hard though whenever he tees it up in an international competition. Soft

For whatever reason, certain people just don't come off well in public. He might be a great guy privately. He isn't likeable and he openly doesn't care. We, as humans, don't have the ability to be indifferent.

I acknowledge he doesn't come across well at all but guy is rolling in clutch putts on the back 9 on Sunday of the biggest golf tournament in the world and he's getting yawn ass golf claps like he hit an approach shot to 30 feet. It'd make more sense to me if he wasn't the MVP of team USA in the past 2 Ryder Cups. Figure at some point you earn that respect with your play, especially as an American player. Guess not.

Kinda funny how Reed’s Sunday round mirrored Freddie’s final round in ‘92. Both had a shot at 4 rounds in the 60s and came up just short. Both failed to birdie either par 5 on the back nine but did birdie 14. And both were saved from near disasters by damp conditions keeping a ball out of the water, Freddie on 12 and Reed on 13. Obviously the similarities end there as Fred is immensely likeabke and Reed is yeah, not so much lol.
